LIDF has established its Liberia-based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), the Liberia Institutional Development Initiative (LIDI), which will strive to implement LIDF-sponsored charitable missions and projects.

LIDI will work with all sectors of Liberia to build the capacity of the country as a whole, which overall will lead to a stable and prosperous nation. LIDI's main objective is to channel humanitarian assistance where the need is most urgent.

As the actual working arm of LIDF, LIDI will implement initiatives that fall within the scope of LIDF’s focus areas: education; safe water, health and housing; and workforce development - technical skills training. For more information on the various initiatives please click here
